Veterans or Active Duty Chapter 33 Application Process
First time using Post 9/11 GI Bill®:
- Complete the online application VA Form 22-1990 to receive your VA Certificate of Eligibility by mail.
- Upload a copy of your VA issued Certificate of Eligibility or Statement of Benefits to the Baylor VA Benefits Office: VA COE Submission
- Immediately AFTER registering for classes, complete the Baylor Request for Certification Form (RFC). Must be completed each semester.
- Other documents to be provided for admission:
- Military Transcripts
Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy: Active Duty, Reserve, and Veteran
Air Force - A DD-214 is not needed
Post 9/11 GI Bill® used at a previous institution:
- Complete the online application VA Form 22-1995 Request for Change of Program or Place of Training Form
- Upload a copy of your VA issued Certificate of Eligibility or Statement of Benefits to the Baylor VA Benefits Office: VA COE Submission
- Immediately AFTER registering for classes, complete the Baylor Request for Certification Form (RFC). Must be completed each semester.
- Other documents to be provided for admission:
- Military Transcripts
