A VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or VA Statement of Benefits is required for all students wanting to use VA Education Benefits Chapter 30, 33, 35, and 1606. Students will receive a confirmation email from VA_Benefts@Baylor.edu via their Baylor and personal emails when either form has been processed.

The Chapter 31 VR&E benefit does not require a COE or Statement of Benefits. After approval, your case manager will submit an authorization on your behalf to the Baylor VA Benefits Team and to the Baylor bookstore.
