Summer Grading Deadlines
Summer 2025 Grading Deadlines (Faculty/Staff)
New as of December 2024: Unreported grades at the time of the official grading deadline will be automatically assigned a grade of "MG" (Missing Grade). Once an MG is assigned, instructors will need to submit a change of grade request via BearWeb. Instructions for changing a grade can be found here.
It is critical that grades be submitted on time for graduating graduate and seminary students to allow Deans, degree planners and staff in the Office of the Registrar to certify graduates.

Summer II

Summer Final Exams are scheduled on the last class day of the session. Grading also opens the last class day of the session. Summer grades are due the next working day following the last class day of the session.

*Seminary students and Doctoral candidates in some programs must be certified as having completed their degree in order to participate in commencement ceremonies at the end of a term.
