CIM Curriculum Resources
Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) Overview
Baylor is implementing a curriculum management system with an anticipated go-live in late September 2023 for the 2024-25 Academic Catalog. The system is a CourseLeaf system named CIM (Curriculum Inventory Management) and integrates with our CourseLeaf Catalog system, CAT.
The CIM system will replace the Electronic Course Action (ECA) BearQuest process, the Undergraduate Curriculum Change Request (CCR) BearQuest process, and the existing paper-based program approvals for the Graduate School, Social Work, Seminary, and the Law School.
CIM Forms
CIM is used for the creation of new and editing or deactivating existing programs and courses. Additionally, there is a Miscellaneous CIM form to support other processes that require a review process. There are three different forms to support the different request types.
