- Course dates - Monday, December 30, 2024 - Friday, January 17, 2025.
- Grades are due - Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 12:00 noon.

Registration information
- Wintermester schedule viewable by the advising community - Monday, October 7, 2024.
- Students can register for Wintermester sections via BearWeb.
- Students may only register for 1 class in the Wintermester.
- Wintermester sections are a part of the Spring 2025 term.
- Spring term Maximum hours will automatically updated when a student registers for a Wintermester section

NOTE: Any drop approved between January 1 through January 9 will result in a W on the transcript.
| It is recommended that students register for the wintermester section first to ensure the process for increasing max hours runs due to the Wintermester correctly. If a Wintermester section is the last section added and puts a student over the standard maximum of 18 hours, the automatic process will not run. |
