The Office of the Registrar facilitates academic excellence and student success by providing important academic services for the Baylor community. This includes facilitating university catalogs, academic calendars, commencement ceremonies, degree audits and conferral, final exam schedules, class schedules, registration, transfer credit, transcript services, and VA certification.
Limited Access to Clifton Robinson Tower
Due to parking and construction constraints around Clifton Robinson Tower, the Office of the Registrar has limited in-person hours for Spring 2024. Personnel are available by phone or email M-F 8AM – 5PM except Mondays 10AM - 11 AM and Wednesdays 8AM - 9AM weekly for staff meetings.
General inquiry walk-in hours are M,W,F, 1PM – 5PM. Other days and times are available by appointment using the information below. VA Benefits by virtual appointment only at https://registrar.web.baylor.edu/VABenefits/Appointments.
The office will be closed to walk-in traffic on the following dates due to basketball games:
