The Office of the Registrar facilitates academic excellence and student success by providing important academic services for the Baylor community. This includes facilitating university catalogs, academic calendars, commencement ceremonies, degree audits and conferral, final exam schedules, class schedules, registration, transfer credit, transcript services, and VA certification.

The Office of the Registrar will be closed Friday, October 4, 2024, for professional development training. The Office will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, October 7.

View final exam schedules for the fall and spring semesters as well as resources to support the end of term grading processes.
Access BearWeb, Baylor University’s secure student information system, view the basic steps to prepare for Registration, view quick instructional videos on the BearWeb Registration + Planning menu, and view instructions on how to view a student class schedule in BearWeb.
View information regarding: ordering a transcript; requesting transfer credit; ordering an enrollment/degree verification; FERPA and who has access to student education records; changing a name and address; the dates and times for Commencement; Baylor’s non-certified Commencement Participation Policy; diploma distribution and duplicate diploma ordering; the Dean’s Academic Honor List; accessing a GPA slip through BearWeb; enrollment status by credit hours; the Undergraduate Course Repeat Policy; and U.Achieve Degree Audit Instructional Videos.
