Add/Drop Information (Faculty/Staff)

Definitions:
- Drop – Dropping one or more, but not all, classes from a student’s schedule from the 1st day classes through the 50th class day in a semester (or equivalent).
- University Withdrawal – Officially discontinuing all classes for which a student is registered on or after the 1st day of classes through the 50th class day in a semester (or equivalent).
Add/Drop Registration & Registration Petition Form
When a student needs a registration petition or is unable to process a schedule change in BearWeb due to our add/drop deadlines, an Add/Drop Request Form must be submitted by a staff member on a student's behalf.

Graduate-Level Course Petition
For Undergraduate students seeking to take a graduate-level course, a Graduate Level Petition form must be completed and approved.
