University Withdrawal
A University Withdrawal is officially discontinuing all classes for which a student is registered on or after the 1st day of classes through the 50th class day in a semester (or equivalent).
The official effective withdrawal date is determined by the date the student submits the withdrawal form.
A W does not impact the student's GPA but does count as an attempt in the course.
