Centralized FERPA Release form

Students should now submit their FERPA release using the new centralized FERPA Release Form in BearWeb. This form enables students to add, edit, or delete FERPA releases.

Instructions

Note: FERPA release information is updated in other systems (i.e. Navigate, StarRez) nightly. 

Log in to BearWeb >> Personal Information >> FERPA Consent to Release Information

1. Add new
2. Enter the appropriate information for the release
3. Save

Students are also able to update or delete existing releases in this BearWeb form.
