BearWeb FERPA Release Form
Centralized FERPA Release form
Students are able to submit a FERPA release using the centralized FERPA Release Form in BearWeb. This form enables students to add, edit, or delete FERPA releases.
Instructions
Note: FERPA release information is updated in other systems (i.e. Navigate, StarRez) nightly.
Log in to BearWeb >> Main Menu>> FERPA Consent to Release Information
- Add new
- Enter the appropriate information for the release
- Save
Students are able to update or delete existing releases in this BearWeb form.
Incoming students will only have access to enter FERPA releases for Financial Aid and Student Accounts until they begin their first term as a student. Once the student's first term begins the additional categories will be available for release.
