Returning Student Reactivation
Undergraduate Baylor students who are seeking to return to Baylor but withdrew from or were not enrolled in the fall or spring semester before their desired return term will need to complete a Returning Student Reactivation Form (see link below). The Student Reactivation Application is currently only for Undergraduate Students. Graduate and Seminary Students should contact Graduate Admissions or Seminary, while Law students should contact the Law School.
The University encourages students planning to return to submit the reactivation as early as possible (see dates below) in order to facilitate a timely registration opportunity for classes.
The form becomes available on the dates below (approximate):
- Spring Semesters: October 1
- Summer Semesters: March 1
- Fall Semesters: March 1
The Reactivation form closes for most students prior to midnight the day before the first class day.
For students wanting to return from Suspension or Late Withdrawal, the deadline is five (5) full business-days prior to the first day of class for the semester (or summer session) students plan to attend. (e.g. If classes being on a Monday, then the form will close at midnight the Sunday a week before classes begin to allow 5 full days for review.)
If you intend to transfer credit from another institution to Baylor, then please familiarize yourself with the transfer credit policies available at: Transfer Credit Policies | Office of the Registrar | Baylor University.
You will need to log-in to the Returning Student Reactivation Form using your BearID and password. To reset your password, please visit .https://its.web.baylor.edu/bearid
