Student Not Returning (SNR) Form
The Student Not Returning (SNR) form is used by students or staff members to inform the university of a student’s intent not to return for an upcoming term. This form may be submitted by the student or by a staff member on behalf of a student.
The SNR form will lead to the cancelation of the student’s future:
- Class Schedule(s)
- Financial Aid
- On-Campus Housing Assignment
How to Submit an SNR form on behalf of a student
Log in to OnBase: https://onbase.baylor.edu/onbase
(OnBase Requires Baylor’s VPN)
Open the menu next to Document Retrieval
Select “New Form”
Select "OR - Student Not Returning"
Enter the student's Baylor ID number, and the other fields will populate automatically.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
