Academic Forgiveness Instructions in BearWeb

Step 1: Log into BearWeb

Step 2: Select “Student Academic Services”

Step 3: Select “Student Records”

Step 4: Select “Academic Forgiveness Request”

• Student does not meet the criteria:

  

• Student does meet the criteria, but has no courses eligible for Academic Forgiveness:

  

• Student does meet the criteria, and has courses eligible for Academic Forgiveness:

  

   

Step 5: Select an eligible course:

Step 6: 

• Read the warning messages, 
• Review the new GPA if the course is excluded,
• Answer the “Are you sure?” prompt. If you select yes, this decision is final.
