Dropping the last or only class from a student's schedule constitutes a Withdrawal.

Withdrawing from Multiple Parts of Term (POTs)
If a student is withdrawing from courses in multiple Part of Terms (POTs), the Withdrawal deadlines for the earliest POT are followed.
