Club Sport Certifications

The Office of the Registrar is happy to assist club sports with their academic certification for competition. 

Instructions:

1. Please fill out the Club Sports Certification Form and email to registrar@baylor.edu 
   1. If your organization has a prescribed form to fill out, please ensure all original signatures are completed, ID numbers included, and all other signatures are complete before sharing with our staff. 
   2. If a certifying letter is required, please include signatures on the request form. Spaces are provided for the name, signature, and BU ID for each student. 
   3. FERPA compliance requires signatures for the release of academic information. Blank forms or typed out names will not be accepted. 

2. Please allow 3-5 business days to complete. This allows for time for any follow-up information to be gathered.

   NOTE: Nearly all athletic organizations require an academic certification component, so please be aware of deadlines as you begin to prepare for the season.
